Who We Are
We are Anke and Kristof, both Belgian, 40 something, old daughter and we have lived in the South of Spain for more than 6 years. Initially we ran a very successful B&B, in a typical Andalusian village, for which we earned the Certificate of Excellence by TripAdvisor every year.
In 2019 we decided it was time for a new challenge, we sold our B&B and moved to the Costa del Sol. We made this change so we could enjoy a better climate and to give our daughter access to the more extensive educational and social opportunities on the coast.
We now live in Marbella and offer home management services to (foreign) home owners. We both speak several languages (English, Spanish, Dutch and French fluently and basic German) to communicate with owners and guests and with local staff and suppliers. In our earlier careers (marketing manager and logistics) and in our position as B&B owners, communication skills and understanding the needs of international customers/guests have always been key.
“We are NOT a BIG AGENCY and don’t have the ambition to become a big agency. We work as a couple. Even when working with staff or partners, one of us will always be on site. We strive in keeping the number of properties reasonably low in order to establish a personal relationship with all our customers and offer quality in all we do.”
Kristof is very handy. He will do basic repairs himself, but will stay away from specialties such as plumbing or electronics and will bring in specialists to cover those areas. He is familiar with both chlorine and salt electrolysis pool systems and heat pumps, garden irrigation systems, etc.
Anke has a background in marketing and has experience in managing budgets, advertising and marketing, organising events and dealing with clients in a professional way to cover the administrative side of the job.
We have bought and sold several houses and apartments in Spain over the past 12 years (both on the Costa Blanca and the Costa del Sol). All of them have successfully been rented as holiday rentals (short term). This depth of experience means we can relate to the worries, issues and needs of home owners that live abroad and need local, trustworthy partners.
