(Please note that these are averages, before the cleaning service, a quote will be made. Prices may vary, based on m2 and # of windows)
When there is a changeover the same day, everything is done within a few hours, if not, we only pick up the laundry after a check-out and inspect the house to inform you if the security deposit can be paid back. The house is than cleaned only a few days before the next check-in and beds are made, so everything is fresh for the new renters.
